I was a young and ambitious woman, without any knowledge of how to “break into the industry.” Being an entrepreneur at heart I started an Administrative Service, thus beginning to pave my path into the Real Estate industry. My first big client was a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and from there, the rest is history...I guess you can say the Real Estate Industry found me.
After working in Commercial Real Estate for almost 5 years, I migrated to Residential Real Estate Property Management & Leasing where I found my true passion. I have been involved in Residential Real Estate for the past 15 years. Currently I operate a Property Management & Leasing Real Estate Brokerage, T Blanchard Homes, LLC, which specializes in the leasing and management of "hard to manage and/or lease" residential property in the Tampa Bay area.
I have a 100% eviction rate and can maximize the profits of your real estate portfolio in even the hardest of areas to manage.

I have always been pretty mechanically inclined, which has led me to become the “brawn” of the business. In the early 2000’s I sold my airport transportation business and joined forces with my wife. Initially as “security.” I was rapidly converted to Head of Maintenance/Property Manager.
